HSE Executive, Pasir Gudang

Job Description:

• The Role:
  Assist in the management of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities to ensure compliance with both legal and business partners’ requirements.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer company’s QHSE Management system and periodically review internal HSE policies and practices
  • Plan and coordinate HSE-related internal & external audit activities
  • Maintain an accident management system, including incident investigation, analysis, and reporting
  • Cultivate a safety culture in the company to foster mutual respect, commitment, and collaboration among the team to follow standard safety procedures
  • Liaise with the Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), and BOMBA on matters concerning Safety, Health and Environment measures, and other matters
  • Compliance with regulations and address business partners’ and internal needs
  • Communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the company and externally with our business partners
  Knowledge & Skill:
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 will be an added advantage
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, meticulous, and delivers quality work
  • A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiative and follow up with details
  • A good team player and communicator
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels
  Additional Information:

  • Qualification: At least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or equivalent
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience managing HSE

Account Assistant, Pasir Gudang 

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:
  · Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry for account receivable accounting system
  · Ensure all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system
  · To handle partial admin and other accounting functions
  · Assist and handle daily operation, ad-hoc administrative and financial matters as and when required
  · Ensure proper filing of accounting records / documents
  Additional Information:
  • Career Level: Fresh graduates
  • Qualification: At least Diploma in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Years of Experience: Fresh graduates/ entry applicants and those without working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Computer Literate: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
